First Lieutenant Assigned to those in a leadership position, such as Company or Troop Executive Officer.
Captain Assigned to those in a leadership position, such as Company or Troop Commander.
Major Assigned to those in a leadership position, such as Battalion Executive Officer.
Lieutenant Colonel Assigned to those in a leadership position, such as Battalion Commander or Brigade Executive Officer.
Colonel Assigned to those in a leadership position, such as Brigade Commander.
Warrant Officer 1 Assigned for the completion of 0-25 hrs in their primary airframe.
Chief Warrant Officer 2 Assigned for the completion of 26-50 hrs in their primary airframe.
Chief Warrant Officer 3 Assigned for the completion of 51-75 hrs in their primary airframe.
Chief Warrant Officer 4 Assigned for the completion of 76-100 hrs in their primary airframe.
Chief Warrant Officer 5 Assigned for the completion of 100+ hrs in their primary airframe.
Master Aviator Awarded for the completion of 150+ hrs in their primary airframe.
Senior Aviator Awarded for the completion of 50-150 hrs in their primary airframe.
Basic Aviator Awarded for the completion of a pilot's orientation flight and up to 50 hrs in their primary airframe.
Distinguished Service Medal Awarded for the demonstration of significant organizational contributions and support.
Distinguished Flying Cross Awarded to those who distinguish themselves by heroism or extraordinary achievement while participating in an aerial flight.
Bronze Star Medal Awarded to those who demonstrate a period of sustained meritorious service, usually in support of a campaign or deployment.
Army Commendation Medal Awarded to those pilots who have completed an official deployment, campaign, or tour.
Army Achievement Medal Awarded to those pilots who have achieved full mission readiness.
Good Conduct Medal Awarded for each year of satisfactory membership.
National Defense Service Medal Awarded to those pilots who have been rated as Basic Mission Capable.
Army Service Ribbon Awarded to those pilots who have completed their initial interview and orientation flight.
Instructor Pilot Awarded to those pilots who have accepted the challenge of teaching new candidates in their respective airframe.
Army Recruiting Ribbon Awarded for the successful recruitment of at least one pilot, and whose name is referenced in the candidate's application.
Patriot Service Medal Awarded for any member who has served or is serving in the United States Armed Forces. Thank you for your service.
